Polsia Stripe onboarding — finish the Payments section in the Polsia dashboard so Stripe is connected and onboarding is complete.
Printify is the chosen provider — finish the owner checklist on /dashboard/printify before turning the merch buy button live. Wire MERCH_FULFILLMENT_PROVIDER=printify, set the Printify access token + shop + provider id, and publish the five concepts to Printify so every (concept × variant × size) cell maps to a real Printify variant id.
Per-sale fees— Polsia adds a 20% platform fee per checkout. Once a POD provider is connected, the founder's typical per-shirt production cost ($8–$15) will appear next to the platform fee so the net is visible before you tell the buyer anything.
